i appreciate all the art and writing thats been made about my frankenstein boys so so so much!! it feels like we’re all locked in one big padded cell together <3. this ask was sent before calypso was official, but i had to add him or he would bite me.

CALYPSO

he would definitely be surprised. since he considers this a thoughtful gift and not something materialistic, he NEEDS you to verbally accept his appreciation. like a cat that asks for attention then bites you.

LUNAR

ok this one i just had fun with but lunar is a very 'actions first words later'. he also loves the concept, just wishes you put them towards something other than his stupid smile. there is a certinan… wamth in his chest to know that a human has looked at him in a way that isnt digust.

SOLIS

solis is very good at hiding her thoughts and feelings. truthfully, they’re elated to see that you've drawn them. but he’s been with lunar for so long, and at some point he starts to wonder if lunar stays with him because their companions, or out of the lack of options.

seeing that someone looks at him and despite all his physical flaws draws him (let alone finds him pretty) rattles him up. i think he would cry a lot of happy tears. also, you are not getting that sketchbook back.

@soupdweller super mega amazing attack made me realize during artfight that i didnt have references for the boys for their bodies (which i totally didnt forget people have skin beneath their clothes.)

so take my ramblings and totally not an excuse to draw more anatomy (this was very fun bc i don’t usually draw people on the skinnier side). they’re all very skinny no matter their height. consequences of being reanimated flesh i guess.

hi :D I was wondering, Calypso is called The Hunter. And kills humans who he thinks deserve it. But what/how does he kill them? Does he use a weapon or anything like that? Asking for no art related thing at all-

That freak uses his hands and nothing else. If you’ve read the original Frankenstein the monster is very strong and has ripped people apart with his bare hands.

Calypso does this only because he likes to carry light. All he has is the clothes on his back and a rucksack when traveling.

Also, in 18th century Europe is was HIGHLY suspicious to have any sort of weapon in broad daylight.
