[Lady Fisla and Axtapor] shared a similar sharpness to their features, though hers were softened by gentle wrinkles and hazy grey eyes that shone softly like pearls. Her scales were a deep sapphire, to look like the twilit sea, and had a resplendence to them unlike any I had ever seen, appearing to shine at their very edges. And upon her head were great, cascading frills, dusted with some kind of fine powder that glimmered in the light, giving the impression that she carried with her a halo of light. Her snout was delicate and long, no doubt the origin of her granddaughter’s similar shape and beauty, and she too was muscled, albeit far less than her grandchildren. And if it were not clear from her personal elegance that she was a great lady, such a quality could be gleaned from her manner of dress.  She decorated herself in luxurious black silks trimmed with gold thread and bright golden jewelry to match, all set with brilliant moonstones. A beautiful, finely woven shawl rested in the crooks of her elbows and draped down some unknown length behind her and, like her grandson, she was not wearing shoes. Instead, her ankles, feet, and shins were adorned with what looked to be small segments of plate armor. These matched the ones on her tail, which I could only catch glimpses of as it swung behind her with each step she took. In her youth, she must have been a most covetous beauty, as even now she was radiant.
