PRP Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy in Franklin Lakes, NJ: A Natural Path to Healing
Living with pain can feel overwhelming, especially when traditional medical treatments aren’t giving you the relief you need. Many patients in Bergen County are now turning to PRP Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy as a safe, non-surgical alternative that works with the body’s natural healing process.
With over 10,000 patients successfully treated, PRP has become a trusted option for those who want to avoid long-term rehab, invasive procedures, or dependency on medications.
What is PRP Therapy?
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a procedure that uses your own blood to stimulate healing. A small sample is drawn, processed, and concentrated to extract platelets rich in growth factors. These are then injected into the injured or painful area to activate cell repair.
Unlike corticosteroid injections, PRP does not weaken tendons, ligaments, or bones. Instead, it boosts your body’s natural ability to repair damaged tissues.
Benefits of PRP in Franklin Lakes, NJ
Patients are drawn to PRP therapy because it offers:
A non-surgical procedure performed in-office
Same-day consultation, diagnostics, and answers
Reduced need for prolonged rehab or hospital stays
Relief for individuals not responding to standard care
A chance to avoid prosthetics or surgical interventions
This makes it an appealing choice for individuals dealing with chronic discomfort or injuries.
How PRP Differs From Stem Cell Therapy
While both PRP and stem cell treatments are considered forms of regenerative medicine, they are not the same. PRP uses platelets from your blood, while stem cell therapy uses cells that can transform into multiple tissue types. Each treatment has unique applications, and your physician can help decide which is right for you.
Conditions That May Benefit From PRP
PRP therapy is commonly used to address:
Joint pain
Tendon injuries
Muscle strains
Arthritis-related discomfort
Sports injuries
For many patients, PRP leads to reduced pain, improved mobility, and faster recovery.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Is PRP therapy FDA-approved? No. While widely practiced, the FDA has not approved PRP to regenerate or heal specific conditions.
2. How long does the procedure take? Most sessions are completed within an hour.
3. Does it hurt? The injection causes only mild discomfort, similar to a blood draw.
4. How many sessions will I need? Some patients feel relief after one session, while others may require a series of treatments.
5. Who qualifies for PRP therapy? If standard medical treatments have not worked, PRP may be discussed during a consultation.
Taking the Next Step
If pain is keeping you from enjoying daily life, PRP Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy in Franklin Lakes, NJ could provide a solution. By enhancing the body’s healing capabilities, PRP offers hope to patients who want to avoid invasive procedures and long recoveries.

Social workers and police in New Jersey showed up at the home of Diane Fornbacher (yes that “dangerous looking criminal”) after he son mentioned hemp while talking about what can be done to help protect the Earth.
NOT because she had marijuana or even hemp.
Nope, but because the views of her son and how his views might have been influenced by his mother.
Thankfully her child wasn’t removed from her.
THIS should scare the hell out of people.
This is the government coming at you because of your political views.
N.J. needs to drastically legalize marijuana come November and END this anti-Marijuana hysteria.
N.J. Voters: Vote in November to LEGALIZE (Finally) Marijuana in the state of New Jersey
