It’s been raining hard for 3 days, non-stop. Temperatures are finally bearable but towns and parts of cities in our area are under constant threat and evacuations are being ordered. Fukuoka pref., Oita pref., Kumamoto pref. are the hardest hit.

I don't know what's going on, but it's July, 3 already, and people here are wearing down jackets and winter coats, when the norm for this country during this time of the year is people wishing they could take off their skin and trying not to melt like ice cream in the bloody 40° C.
