Okay, so alcohol.
Alcohol hurts the neurosystem (destroys synapses and neurons, and such). But you already knew that. And the brain is made out of neurons exclusively. You already knew that, as well. And Logan Sanders is basically the brain. Nothing new there either.
But!
What if that means that Logan is hurt every time Thomas drinks booze? The same way Roman gets hurt when something is a blow to his ego? What if Logan doesn’t get drunk or something, but actually gets hurt? What if that’s the reason that it gets harder to think and have coherent thoughts or have a grasp on reality? What if Logan gets sick when alcohol enters the system?
Angsty Headcanon
Gabriel working on a collection with Mama Agreste taking pictures.
Little Adrien comes running in the workshop, playing around with the fabric and the dummies. He’s so fascinated by his dad’s work that Gabriel decides to make him clothes.
When Adrien receives his brand new clothes, he feels so fancy and cool that he models for actual hours in front of his mum’s camera. She takes so many pictures of a tireless Adrien and all three of them keep laughing.
Adrien’s mum calls him the most talented little model she knows, and when Adrien asks her the definition of the word, he determinedly makes his dad promise to let him model for him in the future. But only if his mum takes the pictures. Gabriel answers, laughing, that he’s going to find a hard time finding such a great photographer anywhere else anyway.
Years later, after his mother's death, modeling is kind of... The last thing that remains of that time, the only thing that still concretely connects Adrien and Gabriel to the time when they did things together with Mrs. Agreste.
That is why Gabriel is so proud of how handsome Adrien looked on pictures when Ladybug comes in Jackady. It reminds him of how much his wife liked to photograph him wearing his clothes. Of how much he treasured working for hours on the clothes Adrien would love the most.
That is why Adrien keeps modelling no matter how tiring and rough the days could be. Because it reminds him of how bright his mother’s smile was when she’d take pictures of him. How proud it made him to show his father’s work to the entire world.
BONUS ANGST
Adrien always thinking of his mother’s laughter to get through the hardest modelling days.
Adrien’s mum being the reason he never yells “This is your dream” to his dad. Because it’s not. It’s not his father’s dream. It’s not something he imposes on him. It’s the fruit of the memory they both value the most.
Cress woke up a day later in the hospital. Her face stung and her torso ached, but it was nothing compared to the still burning pain in her shoulder. Feeling the area, she soon discovered it was covered with a gauze, which did very little for the pain. Feeling her heartbeat quicken again as someone opened the door, Cress looked up. “Come in-” She croaked, voice dry.
