Can we just pause to give a round of applause to Californias who called their Reps today?
Im in North Dakota, I had to call like 5 people but Californians had to call 53 Reps alone! Good job, all of you!

The FCC has voted to rescind Net Neutrality.
By no means is this fight over. But regardless, in a 3-2 vote along party lines, the Obama era TITLE-II protections have just been voted to be pulled back in order to "support a more open and free internet." How Pai and Sarah Sanders came to this conclusion, I have no idea. But we can't let this stand. Keep sending messages to the FCC, your Congress members, Senators, anyone who will listen. Even if they won't listen, we have to MAKE them: drown their inboxes in messages condemning December 14ths actions to let megacorporations have their way with American freedom.

This is our last best chance to save net neutrality. Here's why...
First, Democratic Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon took $45,000 from Comcast.1
Then she said she wouldn’t sign on in support of overruling the FCC and restoring net neutrality.
Then all hell broke loose.
We called out Rep. Scanlon in the local media.2 Fight for the Future members kept her phone ringing off the hook for days. And on Thursday, as our pressure reached a boiling point, she caved and announced that she's signing on after all!
Now we’re using the same proven-effective strategy to pressure other net neutrality holdouts who took big money from Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T. Will you make a donation to fund our last-ditch campaign targeting net neutrality holdouts?
We applaud Rep. Scanlon for coming on board to help restore net neutrality. But it shouldn’t have been this hard.
Rep. Scanlon said during her campaign that she intended to support net neutrality. She had an entire page on her website dedicated to it. She even said it was “vital” to the future of the Internet.3 Plus, more than 8 in 10 voters support net neutrality, and supporting net neutrality is literally a plank in the Democratic Party platform.4
This shows the influence of big money in politics. Corporations like Comcast can throw their millions around, and suddenly an issue that should be a no-brainer becomes a fight. Organizations like Fight for the Future have to expend resources to rein back in votes that should have been on our side all along.
But we’ve figured out how to make all that money backfire on Comcast. By highlighting how much money opponents of net neutrality have taken from Big Cable, we can generate even greater pressure on those members of Congress to do the right thing. To voters, it becomes not just a question of Internet policy—it’s a question of corruption.
We’re doubling down on this strategy using our DemsAgainstTheNet.net campaign to call out the handful of Democrats who took Big Cable money and are now selling out net neutrality.
