The URAD states have enacted some new laws about religion. Here is a summary of the new laws and how they will be enforced.
· The URAD States is a place where people can be free of social constructs and restraints, however imposing religious dogma or doctrine against other person(s) against their will is prohibited.
· All religious texts are admitted except the texts cannot be used as a form of oppression against other groups. For example, a person cannot use Christianity as a way to shame women who chose to get an abortion. That type of talk is not allowed outside of the designated neutral zones.
· All religious practices are permitted but must be performed in designated neutral zones. Religious ceremonies can be performed in individual’s homes as long as no solicitation is occurring.
· All persons in the URAD states regardless of religious affiliation, race, or ethnicity are required to receive an education.
· All persons are required to take a course that focus on the different world religions. This is to help foster respect and understanding for all people. A person’s religious affiliation cannot stop them from attaining a position of power.
In the URAD states we pride ourselves on diversity and inclusion, so religious bias will not be admitted. This new law has helped to elect the first Muslim female Senator in the states! All religious affiliated acts of violence will be dealt with harshly and swiftly. Under no circumstance is anyone made to feel inferior because of religion, gender, or race/ethnicity under these new laws.
