Rowdy (2022)

Rowdy has a few scenes taking place in various Victory Lanes where cameras are flashing from all directions.

There is extensive use of auto racing footage, and the on-board angles may be disorienting to some. Handheld cameras are used briefly.

Flashing Lights: 5/10. Motion Sickness: 2/10.

TRIGGER WARNING: Horrific injuries are described in graphic detail, with some x-rays of the injuries shown, and a person in real visible pain as a result of the injuries.

A NOTE FROM BRANDON: Rather than review this film, which is a good in-depth look at who Kyle Busch was, and accurately chronicles his place in NASCAR history as a timeless legend, I would rather speak as a longtime NASCAR fan who spent years rooting against Kyle Busch. My favorite drivers over the years have had to directly battle Kyle Busch for position on the track, and no matter the outcome, they could always be proud of their efforts, as they shared the track with one of the best of all time. Being able to beat Kyle Busch meant you had become one of the elites, and he never made that an easy effort for anyone. With full respect for his legendary career, his places in the record books, and his future as a posthumous Hall-of-Famer, I stand with the NASCAR community in this time of mourning, eager for the racing to resume so we can begin to heal.

something that's bothering me is how episode one of hazbin hotel, an episode that some people paid money for to watch early is on freevee. i don't know when it was added to the app but i'd be mad if i paid for an early release just for that exact episode to be the only one that ends up accessible to the general public (by which i mean it's not even the entire first season of hh on freevee, it's just the first episode and it's been like this for at least two months).

man I hate when official legal streaming sites zoom into old shows.

like apparently Disney plus did this with the Simpsons. full on cutting off the whole visual gags and even characters.

but my beef is more personal. my beef is with a streaming service no one gives a shit about and a show no one gives a shit about. All purpose cultural cat girl Nuku Nuku on freevee is zoomed in instead of having black borders. it's so zoomed in it's downright unwatchable. and I was so excited to see a classic on a service I'm now a little mad.

off topic but I would not call Magic Knight Rayearth reality tv. but maybe that's just me.

At least it not zoomed it. but it is definitely stolen fan subs. unless you want to tell me Amazon paid someone to translate this and then embedded pixelated piss subs. not that I'm complaining about the piss subs. I like black border yellow subs. they are very legible. I'm almost glad Amazon stole some fans hard work. because at least I can see these subs better than freevees subs. it's just funny I'm pirating through a legal service. don't get me wrong I'm sure they have the rights to Magic Knight Rayearth. just as sure as I am they did not ask before using this poor fans translation.
