Binding of grayish-blue crushed levant morocco, gilt. Sides within two frames of three- and two-line fillets respectively, enclosing a border of wild poppies with petals inlaid in red. Springing from the base of the inner frame, two conventionalized spears of wheat. In the center, the monogram of Comte Alfred Werlé partly inlaid in red.
