Calm. Blessed
Happy Easter if you celebrate. Easter means different things to different people, but to me it’s a beautiful reminder of perspective and personal growth. The world is pretty cool when you look on it with a fresh pair of kind eyes. ☀️ 👀
Our world has been teetering on the edge of a blade for a very long time . . . I think that's why you're here—why you grew up the way you did. So you could see our world through different eyes. Help us find our way.

Just started watching Her Private Life and I can already tell this one's going to be a nice one. It also made me think of Why Secretary Kim and how comically cute that was. What would we do without good kdramas? I'd definitely hate life. I know many people think that the reason most girls like kdrama is because of cute guys and the romance but that's far from the truth. For me, it's because of the fresh perspectives it offers along with messages society failed at. Have you noticed how most non high school kdramas have protagonists in 30s falling in love for the first time or still figuring out their career? This age linked accomplishment pressure that society puts on us is so burdening but kdramas like My Father is Strange where Hyeonga started her law studies after 27 and still managed to become this successful lawyer or shows like Descendants of the Sun where even in her early 30s she's suffering because of internal politics and nepotism and has to figure her way around it. I also love how most kdrama story lines and protagonists are so self aware and introspective like in Because This is My First Life and Cheese in the Trap. I find kdramas so intricate and profound and fresh. That's why I love them so much. The cute guys and romance is just icing on the brilliant cake!
