oops... yes. they break up for seasons 4-6, but get back together in the finale of 6 and are together in the end. they're like modern Ross and Rachel but better bc there's actually growth for both of them.

So I've been re-watching Godless on Netflix as my one-ep-a-night-after-studying show and my head is SPINNING with the possibilities for an Everlark AU and you were the first person I thought of because of how amazing you are for aesthetic and/or historical AUs and basically I need you to watch this show STAT because it is just perfect. It seriously has it all: a couple who meet when one of them shoots the other in the throat? CHECK. A town of all women because of a tragic mining disaster? CHECK. Adorable deputies and sheriffs willing to go for broke for redemption? CHECK. THE DEADLIEST GUN IN THE WEST? YOU GUESSED IT: CHECK.

And like, gender bend it, you know? Peeta is a single-father/widower living on a ranch on the top of the hill in 1884 New Mexico. One night a stranger shows up on horseback in the dark and he shoots them off, only to find it's an injured woman and he nearly shot her through the neck so he nurses her back to health but she can't speak because of the injury so HE DOESN'T KNOW THAT SHE'S KATNISS EVERDEEN--THE SHARPEST SHOOTER OF A GENERATION AND THE SURROGATE DAUGHTER OF THE LEADER OF THE WORST BAND OF THIEVES IN THE WILD WEST until the Law comes looking for her (and even worse, her pseudo-father, who has a bone to pick with her about abandoning him and stealing $50k....)

Anyway that's all if you're looking for a new limited series to watch would v recommend Godless <3
