Kai sees Yama in the distance with his back to him so he calls out. Yama’s shape slowly turns around to face him and half of his head is just missing. Still broken from what Tetsuo did. Like damn that would be so spooky but also so damn Akira.

And then Kai snaps out of it/wakes up in a cold sweat?

I actually considered something of the sort with Uchida's Akiraist (?) sect, in which he would drug his followers in that same manner, so it would follow the manga continuity kind of spiritually

...and I think if everybody gets that insanely powerful at once we'd get some planet scale apocalypse going and Akiraists seem to incline towards doomsday so they'd love that shit pf

Firstly thank you a million times, so happy you liked it. Secondly hell yeah write away. I’m made up that I inspired you to write something.

I hope you keep writing because it was seriously great, didn’t feel awkward at all and you managed to sneak in so much intriguing information and just the characterizations were so on point just aaaaaaaaaaa

Incidentally, found a voice I’d like for Chiyoko. Mindy Sterling who voices Lin Beifong in Legend of Korra. Like that voice she uses just gives me proper Aunt Chiyoko vibes. (Also I’d tend to agree on the age thing, I just usually skirt around mentioning their age in my posts cos I wuss out of committing to an age hahaha)
