Lmfao my submission hasnt even posted yet but my best friend did in fact get rejected by the person they like and they cant cope just being friends with them so i guess im losing my best friend until further notice because theyre going to be devastated over this for a very very long amount of time knowing them. I know i sound like a complete fucking asshole, i am still there for them and will be, but god it fucking sucks that i have to lose the person most important to me for who knows how long, we had games to play and things to watch and conversations to have, that now cant happen because they're too fucking depressed for us to have fun. I dont blame them, i truely dont, i know they would be just as devastated if we had a friendship breakup too, but.... Fuck romantic relationships. I have no concept of how romantic attraction even works so it's just extra frustrating that something like this could even happen. ...I wish that i could just be their partner instead, to protect them from ever having to deal with something like this again tbh. Maybe thats possessive of me, idk, but the thought of not having to lose them to someone else (either via this or them actually getting a romantic partner) is really nice.

2 hal yang paling saya ingat hingga saat ini tentang OMB 2012 (Orientasi Mahasiswa Baru) adalah yang pertama keos dengan warga (Handband mau dibakar, telur dipecahin, dan mau disuruh terjun ke kolam "cendol" wkwkkw), dan yang kedua seorang pemateri yang keren di Ruang TI-101. . . Alhamdulillah, setelah 7 tahun yang lalu dipertemukan pertama di ospek (foto kedua) kemudian lima tahun yang lalu dipertemukan kali kedua dalam buka bersama @rksurabaya (foto ketiga), dan tahun ini bisa kembali bertemu dengan beliau di Copenhagen dan kali ini dengan istri beliau. . Namanya Mas Didin, di usianya yang 28 tahun sudah hampir menyeleseikan post doctoralnya di Aalborg. Menyelesikan S-1 di ITS dengan IPK tertinggi, melanjutkan double degree di ITS dan Mariseille - Perancis, dan lagi2 meraih IPK tertinggi. Kemudian langsung melanjutkan PhD nya di Grenoble (yang nama univ-nya beliau jadikan nama putra nya sekarang 🤗). Dan kini beliau bersiap kembali ke Indonesia pasca post doc nya di Aalborg. Eits, mbak Dina juga ga kalah keren karena sudah menyeleseikan masternya di Paris juga. . . Beliau adalah salah seorang senior saya yang sejak mahasiswa baru menginspirasi dengan segala prestasi dan pencapaiannya. Baralallahu fiik mas. Semoga masih bisa bersilaturrahmi ke depannya. . . I used tea to paint this over the weekend. It’s a painting of one of my best friends and I find that it means a lot to me but also fits into my project as I’m recording changes in my life but yet this represents the one thing that hasn’t changed, that me and my friends can still meet up after weeks of not seeing each other and the first thing we do is boil the kettle like we’ve done the past couple years :)

For the person who doesn't believe in soulmates, I don't think soulmates have to be romantic. I honestly believe one of my soulmates was my golden retriever/cheasepeake mix. There was a connection that was so unique, I can't help but believe we were soulmates. I think every concept has the chance to be what you make it.
