Posted @withrepost • @sustainablysimple • 🙌🏼 This wave sculpture contains the average amount of plastic found on every 2 miles of beach in the UK 😱 It’s even bigger than this photo shows and as a visual representation of ocean pollution it definitely leaves a lasting impression. • Tomorrow (24th March) in #shorehambysea there’s going to be a beach clean organised by #friendsofshorehambeach and @keepbritaintidy from midday starting at Shoreham Fort. Litter pickers and bag holders will be provided, but bring your own gloves.
