Sometimes I can only see things in B L A C K or W H I T E . . . * Am I TOO fat on THAT photo to post it? * Do I LOOK like how a Fitness Instructor "should" look? Our World 🌎 is made up of a variety of different colours and even different shades in EVERY colour too...so why do I choose to only see B&W on a negative day? ~ Is there only ever GOOD and BAD? ~ Is there only ever RIGHT and WRONG? NO! We have a myriad of colours, shades and textures from which to choose... So, just for today I am posting photos 📸 even though I am not as perfect as I had hoped to be...I am however PERFECTLY IMPERFECT and that...is perfect to me! I thoroughly enjoyed visiting my local gym at SLM Everyone Active, Cirencester as I encouraged my friend and neighbour Vic to join me...Vic has not been to the gym for a month so I devised a full body session for us to do together...LOVED IT! 😍🤸♀️ Once home I cooked a delicious GOUSTO meal of "Meat Free Chicken Teriyaki with sticky rice" W O W. . .
