So, to start of what is pet regression?
its exactly what it sounds like ! similar to age regression, pet regression is an regression mindset someone might revert to for comfort or any reason really ! but instead of younger ages, it's with a strong connection to animals.
sometimes the biggest mistake people make when starting to regress, whether it’s pet or not- is moving too fast. if you want to regress, there’s no need to automatically change your entire demeanor straight away, talk with other regressors for a while(if comfortable) , slowly start to find more things that make you comfortable and explore things to help you regress.
