Ah yes. Aida Riko from Kuroko no Basuke. One of my favorite muses to rp and I still feel a pang of sadness in that I’ve all but given up on continuing rping with her and the fandom lol. Its actually really sad because I started rping her back in 2014? 2013? So like I spent a good 4 years on that blog lol. There was a lot of good times on that blog and I met like so many good people rping as Riko like to the point where I was the only Riko around? Back in the day I was even called the mom of the knb rp fandom for a short while lol. I invested so much effort into developing her character that I’m still to this day, really bitter about her.

Like how is it that I can never go to a con and find Riko shit? Riddle me that!

1.) Those who make contracts with beings that aren’t of a typical nature are often marked, sometimes in a metaphorical sense and sometimes in literal sense. Faust is in both categories due to his contract with his own personal devil. The beast, Morax doesn’t communicate with Faust in a normal sense so Faust is largely unaware of its presence since who would be able to see it? Maou is able to see Morax though although it’s not the actual beast that lurks around Faust but rather a ghost of the thing. Still, it was very disconcerting to be told that it does in fact lurk around him. Especially in a first meeting.

2.) Yonkai tends to call out Faust’s charisma and complimentary attitude for what it is: a thinly veiled attempt to satisfy the egos of those around him. She would probably accuse him of bolstering the opinion others’ might have of him to which he would argue that part of his job description is exactly that. “But you aren’t working right now.” She might say. “Am I ever not working?” He would mistakenly retort. Yonkai seems like the type to challenge people to be the best version of themselves which is something Faust could definitely use in his life. But they are both the type to be very stubborn about their perceptions of themselves, causing some friction in that regard. But any time Yonkai might think Faust had finally given up and stopped wanting to be around her critical eye, there he would be again, offering her a cup of tea and a chance to chat. He’s a glutton for punishment anyways.
