The voice of love.
~
365 days.
 26th year of my life.
26 is my number, as weird as it doesn't sound. Not that I wish to claim it... Especially because that wouldn’t make any sense.
But as I'm reaching my 26th year (which is now a month away), I've been inspired to create this blog to take you along on a journey somewhere beautiful.
What journey? Honestly speaking, I'm not quite sure myself, but I'm sure it's going to be wonderful, full of love and light, a journey where we can all learn to love ourselves and others a little bit more. Because at the moment the world seems to be craving for it.
And the main thing is, I wish to show myself that my life is in my own hands.
 And yours is too.
What happens, is that we're too scared of our own success with crippling fear that paralyses us in the blink of an eye.
So I challenge you today, here and now, to find that fear and turn it into love.
Show that abundance is our natural state of being.
And once you turn your fear into love, your life will start to change. It's a continuous process but one that you will not regret.
And please do not take my word for it, I don't want you to believe me - I want you to try it for yourself, only because you deserve to be happy, you deserve to be successful, you deserve to be loved and you deserve the best.
Because darling, what I see at the moment is that you're so scared of falling but you don't even know that you have wings to fly.
 Think it's not possible?
Everything is possible, you just haven't realised it yet. Maybe you don't have enough people around you with this mindset, maybe you've learned that there's nothing more to life than work and suffering. Once again, our thoughts create our own reality.
You can't get out of your current reality if you do not change your thoughts.
Question: How are you supposed to fly when from the first breath you took in this world, you were taught you can't?
And believe me, I know. I still remember those countless lonely nights where there was only me and the night-sky, wishing for the Universe to take me away. These nights were the darkest nights of my life.
Maybe one day I will be ready to talk about it but today is a happy day, today I admire the sky that is rich blue, enjoy the sunshine that is warm against my back, and when I lean back and close my eyes, I can feel it on my skin.
And...well... this post was supposed to be me introducing myself but it seems I didn't get that far.
 Until tomorrow <3
  With Love,
T R

🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱 ⤵️ HOW TO LOVE YOUR BODY A BIT MORE?! Just a tiny bit... not to much it’s easy—> A healthy lunch, a healthy salad, plantbased cooking, enjoying life, giving yourself energy can be this simple: Grab Some whole food items out of your fridge. Wash them. Eat them. Have you ever tasted carrot? Its great, it tastes like carrot. You should definately try. O apple, btw, something, great stuff, taste like apple. YAAAAA! En nu vreten! #eten #gezondheid #gezond #eetmetliefde #fromfeartolove #love #liefde #zelfliefde #selflove #mindfulness #mindset #positiviteit #goodfood #lekkereten #plantbased #plantaardig #heal #genezing #burnout #langleve #spirituality #spiritualiteit #zen #boeddha (at Den Hoorn, South Holland) https://www.instagram.com/p/B24FgYjoNyL/?igshid=ug1y6yfmmid8
I learned being thankful at a table with friends. They were Christians, and I know they have a ritual of thanking before starting dinner. I asked the man of house: “would you like to say grace?” He replied: “for sure.” Know that, I know the Christian kind of dinner setting from my fathers family. We were all sitting at the table and out of nowhere people, including kids!, would close their eyes, fold their hands, and me, my sister and my parents were looking at each other. Trying not to laugh and feeling a bit out of place. So me asking this to the man of the house was also a way for me to maintain a pleasant situation. Also, a way to respect their ways to practice their faith. He started after taking a few seconds of tuning in: “Dear Father, thank you for here. Thank you for bringing Arnold, Chungmei and Amé to our home tonight. We are so thankful that we can be together and share this meal and company...” Chungmei and me were tearing quite a bit, trying to unsuccessfully hide our watery eyes and clothing. This was something a had never experienced: words of thanks from the heart. The vibrations were so real. The words, the energy and directly I also felt thankful. Thankful for him to be so thankful. From that moment, I believe around 2012, thankfulness became more important in my life. As a feeling. Be thankful. Every day. For what you have. Right now. Of course it doesn’t have to have a link with Christianity or a religion at all. Being thankful is by far and foremost a very natural and pleasant state of mind for human beings. It connects you with you. It connect you with others. It connects you with something greater than just your thoughts. “Aaah this broccoli is cooked too long” “aaaah the balcony is too small” “my job sucks” “aaaah I don’t like my jacket” You have a jacket, you have a job, you have broccoli. Every day before I go to bed I thank for many things of that day. It feels great. Great dreams. What are you thankful for? You are perfect. #thankful #meditation #connect #fromfeartolove #onelove #religion #grace #learning #connecting #bethankful #mindfulness #positivity #meditatie #happines #happinez #christianity #christ #religion (at Den Haag) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2ucatJI9nP/?igshid=1qgl489kvpz7k
From fear to Love -Ray and Nancy Kane
I just read this book for a counseling class, this is a section of my reflection paper.Â
"As I began reading the section on fear of failure I felt as if I was reading description of myself. Thoughts I have had for so long without knowing how express seemed to be finally staring me in the face. These feelings that I had just associated with me being task oriented and struggling with perfectionism were so clearly being articulated as more; they are from a profound fear. The line, “I am only as good as my last performance” describes accurately the lie I have believed about myself (94). As I read I began to recognize how deeply rooted this fear is in my life and my inability to define myself apart from my accomplishments. This fear grossly blurs my vision and prohibits me from acknowledging my true worth and value."
