GOALS
Well, I would like to introduce you to my Goals book that will sweep you off your feet with its beauty. I’m reading The Success Principles and I now understand the real importance of reviewing your goals daily - if you haven’t read it, please do! ❤

Meditation - Check
Read a chapter - Check
Watch a talk - Check 3x (I just couldn’t get enough!)
I also watched another one of Christie’s talk videos where she actually did a guided meditation, leading you into identifying your abundance blocks, finding out where these came from and then guiding you into releasing these.
It was beautiful and I found out so much about my own struggles with different aspects of my life.
If you wish to check out the second one with the actual meditation, click HERE.
And that’s it for today - gotta go to work! :)
Much Love,
T R
I need to give an update on the Lab Poject I was doing but I still need to evaluate the results and go over the research notes.
In the meantime, it’s a slightly busy day but I’ll leave here a Ted Talk I saw a couple of days ago and which I still clearly remember.
I have some of my own affirmations that I repeat to myself during my evening routine and I am Enough is definitely one of them.
Have a beautiful day my delicious pancakes <3 (I might be craving for some pancakes, if you can’t tell!)
Much Love

Reading - 2x check
Mealprep - check
I saw Lavendaire’s video on Ikigai quite some time ago now and just now I finally decided to do the spreadsheet.
Ikigai - a Japanese concept that roughly means ‘reason for living’
Photo's below, please note I didn't have anything to draw a circle with so I used one of the moisturiser pots I had, haha.
Also, I can't say I'm any smarter but I know I’m supposed to be writing something. We’ll see :)
That’s it for today,
Much Love,

E-Squared experiment - in progress (I'm watching you, FP!)
When you read through my checklist you may be like ‘FP? E-Squared? What are you on about?’
Not to worry, I've got your back ;)
E-Squared is an extremely interesting book by Pam Grout - I love it, I am devouring this book just as I do with all my favourite reads and even though I'm only half-through, it's already on my beautiful read-again list.
The only thing is that I can't finish this book in one go - only because it has experiments in it that take 48-72 hours (how short is that?). And I definitely plan going through with these one by one, savouring each one.
At the moment I'm doing kind of a lab experiment which is exciting! You see, in high school we didn't do many experiments and I only briefly remember basic chemistry lab classes that I loved because isn't that the best part of learning?
Trying to make things kind-of explode?
Anyway, the principle of this experiment is the best, it's ‘The Dude Abides Principle’, where I question if the FP exists. FP being Field of Potentiality - the energy force all around us that some call Universe, Prana, Life force etc. Whatever floats your boat ;)
48 hours, FP, I'm giving you 48 hours to make your presence known. I want a clear sign, something that I cannot write off as coincidence.
And to you, my dear reader, why not ask the FP to do the same?
You're worth it <3
Much Love,
T R

But anyway, in celebration to the great weather we're having over here in the UK, I fell into appreciation mode in the beauty of it all.
It was a wonderful day to wake up to - I felt like a Disney princess basking in the sunlight with birds as my companions on the brink of the dawn.
Some people say they’re too loud (birds never seem to whine about anything we do.. but at the same time I don’t understand them either) - but to me their songs are beautiful, serene, melodic.. in the healing the soul kind of a way.. helping me to relax in a city that I can’t always escape when I need to.
The moment I get up (and sometimes when I’m still lying in my bed), I roll up the blinds and open the window (just a tiny crack as I’m not letting any spiders into my room). A brick house greets me over the parking lot, framed by a couple of trees which peak over the 3-floor building, but the sounds are what complete the scenery. All kinds of birds with their unique songs (too many considering how few trees and bushes I can see around the house), greeting me early in the morning and I can’t help but smile, smile with my whole being.
Simple things.
I enjoy it as much as lighting and thunder, as much as soft and hard patters of rain against the windows, as much as sound of music coming from a speaker (that may not even to be to my taste) as someone walks by my house, singing along to an autotuned voice that gets distorted even more in an open space.
These are little things that can annoy you, but it’s only up to you which experience these little things create.
For me, this is my present moment.
Have a beautiful day everyone <3
With Love,
T R

I've been feeling really good for the past week or so - kept myself positive and surfed on high vibrations, but today, even though it's my day off and I should feel more excited (than my usual fabulous self), I don't feel so.
Instead I feel.. off..
I'm sure you know what I mean - kind of lethargic, little sad, waiting for someone else to give me an energy shake with some motivation-boosting caffeine (just realised how weird this might be).
Even though I very well know that I'm the only one who can make myself feel better.
I've been meticulously keeping up with my meditation sessions - twice a day, in the morning with the beautiful sun (that greets me as soon as I open my blinds) and in the evening to unwind in the comfort of the dark. And it was going really well until yesterday evening when I chose a different guided meditation for my evening routine and for some reason, now thinking back on it, it just didn't sit well with me.
And I can definitely feel it. Maybe it was because I fell asleep during the meditation and I didn’t properly ground myself, who knows. The only thing I do know is that I woke up 3 times during that night, thirsty as if I hadn't had water for days.
Anyway, lately I've been loving Aaron Doughty's meditations (especially the Parallel Reality meditation and Raise Vibration MP3). For me, using guided meditations is a really good way to keep myself on track in times when I find it hard to sit down and meditate.
Sometimes we all have too many thoughts which we find hard to stop from ransacking our mind - which at the same time is only an opportunity for us to ease into it, to observe instead of trying to relentlessly control.
I'm also currently reading Ask and It's Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks which (by the way) is an excellent book and a must-read for everyone. It explains exactly what to do when you feel down or when you feel hopeless, angry, guilty or depressed. And it’s not in the way of think good thoughts and all will be fine, it actually gives you 22 processes what to do based on your emotional scale.
Where has this book been for all my life?
Note to myself - get a hard copy!
I will keep it on my nightstand for times when I feel like I start self-sabotaging myself with all kinds of thoughts.
This book made me realise that my emotions are not just there and mine, but that I can also choose what to feel in a way that agrees with me and with my current vibration.
And how to build myself up from there - this is the key.
For me, as my daily emotional rollercoaster is no surprise and I can feel hundreds of emotions in a day (but rarely show it which is something I need to work on), I now feel more in charge of.. myself.
Understanding your emotions and knowing that you can choose what to feel helps a lot, and the book provides very helpful processes depending on your current spot on the emotional scale, to help you build your way to the emotion where you start giving out positive vibrations (and thus attracting the same vibrations back).
And talking about attraction, I'm sure you know how it goes - let's say that you have a client who comes in and you know (you can feel it!) that they’re going to be trouble. The second you dare to ask some clarification of their order or on any details, they snap at you like it should've been obvious.
What's the first thought you have? Especially if they're being quite difficult?
You wish to snap back. You wish to ask what's their problem (which you usually don't as I know you’re smart, but nevertheless this gets you down)- and that's how vibrations work.
If you're not feeling good, that's the type of people you will attract. They attract you and you attract them.
And that's not to say that you should smile sweetly at anyone cussing at you - I just wish you to know that everyone has their own reality that they're projecting into the world, and that just happens to be theirs.
It's not you.
It's their reality.
Don't let their reality affect yours.
And if you let this one person drag your vibration down without doing anything to get it back up, then that's why you may get more unhappy customers than yesterday when you were prancing around all happy with a jolly cheerful tune on your lips.
I can certainly vouch it's true - and I've been working in customer service for almost years now.
Anyway, I'll leave it here.
I didn't manage to arrange my daily scribbles but as I'm finishing this up in the evening, I actually have to say I'm feeling pretty good compared to my morning grumpy self (and this is coming from a morning person).
With Love,
T R
It’s important that we share our experiences with other people. Your story will heal you, and your story will heal somebody else. When you tell your story you free yourself, and you give other people permission to acknowledge their story as well.

365 days.
26th year of my life.
26 is my number, as weird as it doesn't sound. Not that I wish to claim it... Especially because that wouldn’t make any sense.
But as I'm reaching my 26th year (which is now a month away), I've been inspired to create this blog to take you along on a journey somewhere beautiful.
What journey? Honestly speaking, I'm not quite sure myself, but I'm sure it's going to be wonderful, full of love and light, a journey where we can all learn to love ourselves and others a little bit more. Because at the moment the world seems to be craving for it.
And the main thing is, I wish to show myself that my life is in my own hands.
And yours is too.
What happens, is that we're too scared of our own success with crippling fear that paralyses us in the blink of an eye.
So I challenge you today, here and now, to find that fear and turn it into love.
Show that abundance is our natural state of being.
And once you turn your fear into love, your life will start to change. It's a continuous process but one that you will not regret.
And please do not take my word for it, I don't want you to believe me - I want you to try it for yourself, only because you deserve to be happy, you deserve to be successful, you deserve to be loved and you deserve the best.
Because darling, what I see at the moment is that you're so scared of falling but you don't even know that you have wings to fly.
Think it's not possible?
Everything is possible, you just haven't realised it yet. Maybe you don't have enough people around you with this mindset, maybe you've learned that there's nothing more to life than work and suffering. Once again, our thoughts create our own reality.
You can't get out of your current reality if you do not change your thoughts.
Question: How are you supposed to fly when from the first breath you took in this world, you were taught you can't?
And believe me, I know. I still remember those countless lonely nights where there was only me and the night-sky, wishing for the Universe to take me away. These nights were the darkest nights of my life.
Maybe one day I will be ready to talk about it but today is a happy day, today I admire the sky that is rich blue, enjoy the sunshine that is warm against my back, and when I lean back and close my eyes, I can feel it on my skin.
And...well... this post was supposed to be me introducing myself but it seems I didn't get that far.
Until tomorrow <3
With Love,
T R
