Went into the Frost Cavern
and sorry Yanmega, but the old team’s back together again and standing strong. Mothim’s camouflage ability even helped him beat two sky trainers, which is amazing, they’re always the ones that give us the most trouble. The second one’s Cryogonal was hard, but Mothim won out, because it transformed into normal type!
In the cave, though, an ace trainer’s doublade really gave us something to worry about.
It’s Steel types which give the team the most trouble, when their second type gives them some way of dealing with fighting, because I have no Fire moves on my team. I wonder if there’s a way to get one? In the end, Bug Buzz from Dusty cut through but only after Doublade ate through my team. The rest of the cave was fine, except for the sliding..
I beat Team Flare and got Abomasite from the lovely Abomasnow in the middle. But I have this niggling feeling there are Joltik that live in here. I definitely remember Joltik in a cave somewhere from my playthrough of X. A Joltik would be an incredible asset to the team! Anyone remember where you can find them? I’m still in frost cavern, walking round and round, looking for a tiny electric spider and bumping into these guys instead...
