Frost Phantom

I'm sure we've all noticed the resemblance between Jack Frost & Danny Phantom, especially after the ghost boy obtained ice powers. Well, what if it wasn't a coincidence that Danny was so much like Jack? What if he truly was Jack Frost's reincarnation & the writer for the "Guardians of Childhood" book series got all their inspiration... from their dreams? What if Jack had disappeared because too few children believed or even remembered him, so he just... faded away? Ever since, not a single frostwork has graced the world nor a rousing snowball fight just for the sheer JOY & CHEER & FUN of it.

What if Danny started having dreams of his own, much more vivid than any dream should be? What if one cold winter day, Danny was walking to school & on the way grabbed a tree branch, breaking it from its limb & using it as a walking stick for the fun of it? What it was uncannily shaped like Twinetender & his skin tingled pleasantly the moment he touched it?

What if Jack Fenton was the son of Jamie's little sister, Sophie, & THAT was why he was always so certain of a certain Saint's existence? What if... it was time for the world to believe in fun again? What if it went even further & Danny also had in him the shine of Nightlight? Imagine the possibilities!

He'd be able to learn how to infuse the spirit of fun into ice & snow, control wind, snow, & leaves, tear manipulation, emit starlight, turn into light, banish nightmares, fear, & sadness, manifest & control light, empathy & telepathy. All this packed behind the power of a neutron star.

Course, the big question is how everyone would react when the rest of the Guardians show up to welcome Danny on as the 'new' Guardian. For 1, they'd still be mourning Jack's passing, but knowing that his soul was still around, even with a new identity, should help if only a little.

Frost Phantom

Hiccup absently lifted his prosthetic leg to force the door of his new studio shut behind him, trusting his other leg to keep himself and the armload of art supplies he cradled from toppling to the floor. The young man’s jaw clenched as piercing complaints burst from the door’s hinges, reminding him for the fourteenth time that they were in need of replacing. Hiccup turned his head slightly, his green eyes narrowed at the rust and warping on the hinges over his shoulder. The place was old, but it had still been difficult – not to mention expensive – to procure. Regardless, the current situation was undoubtedly better than having no studio at all. Wishing he had a free hand to run through his tousle of Titian hair, Hiccup sighed and turned away from the door. As he took in the space again, the dark woods that filled it greeted him with a warmth that always brought a smile to his face; they reminded him of the forests he loved as a child.

 Still lost in the past, Hiccup took a few steps and unceremoniously dumped the supplies on a table that already bore a landscape of canvases, brushes and paints. As it became apparent the stacks would hold their new additions, the man took a few steps back, until his leg met with something solid, and he stumbled. Letting out a muted cry of alarm, Hiccup’s arms windmilled, until a hand latched onto the chair that had caught his leg in the first place and steadied him. If the incident hadn’t pulled him back to reality, the subsequent “thonk” of wood hitting wood did. Bending to retrieve the fallen object, Hiccup found it to be a canvas that had been stretched onto a wooden frame, only about the size of his hand. It had the look of a finished piece, neatly stapled and cut on the back. His brows drew together as he stood to turn the canvas over – he couldn’t recall painting anything so small.

Just another sweet Frost Phantom picture or at least Overland Fenton picture? XD But it's fun to draw these guys together. I really wish there was more pictures of these guys together because honestly, they are way more fun than Hijack. So many ideas to be honest. And...that is all.
