Mod help

Okay, so I have two questions with DAI mods.

First, is there a way to have everyone's hair NOT be so shiney? It's really distracting and just makes the hair seem fake.

Second, I'm having issues with Frosty mod manager. I know there's a way to run both DAImodmanger and Frosty at the same time and got it to work a grand total of one time. Normally I wouldn't bother, but there is a Frosty mod that allows human females to were the Fereldan noble NPC dress and that's what I like to draw Ebrisa in! It made me so happy when I found it on Nexus!

Now, for some terrible reason, I can't get the game to launch through Frosty. I've uninstalled everything and started over, but still the same result.

Anyone have tutorials or advice? Playing DAI was supposed to be a relaxing reward while lulling the baby back to sleep in the middle of the night and it's kind of having the opposite effect atm.

Orlesian Dress for the Inquisitor - link can be found in comments of this post or found on my nexus page which is also Padme4000

I converted this dress over the Prologue outfit so it can be tintable. Top image shows the version of the mod that is not tintable. The two below show the colours the dress takes on for the Casual and Formal wear you can wear from your Wardrobe in Skyhold.

I reweighted this dress to the default bone so there are still some issues, as it wasn’t originally made for running but I fixed as many of those issues as I could.
