Sera scoffed. "Oh, please. As if you have the guts to do anything." Her eyes wandered from Sehun's face down his school uniform - noticing how his shirt wasn't properly tugged into his pants - and back up again. It was a bluff, really. She knew he had the guts to do basically everything he wanted, no matter the consequences, but she still wanted to provoke him. The days where he'd play one-sided pranks on her were over. Besides...something had shifted between the two of them ever since the start of this school year...

A smug smirk tugged at her glossed lips and she leaned her head into her neck to look down on him even though he'd grown taller than her by now. "Ever since this year started, you haven't dared to play any pranks on me. And do you know why?" She grabbed his green tie and pulled on it until his face was on the same level as hers. "Because you're so pathetically attracted to me, you're afraid I will hate you~", she chuckled, full of confidence.

After a few seconds for effect, 𝔖𝔢𝔯𝔞𝔭𝔥𝔦𝔫𝔞 loosened her grasp and adjusted his tie to make it look tidy again. "And if you do decide to set me on fire... I have some fire protection potions ready~" In case he meant it literally. You never knew with this guy.

Oh. Didn't he realise that just made him even more curious? The newcomer looked almost startled, as though he had indeed been caught doing something, but as far as Ivan could see that wasn't the case. Then why so jumpy? Maybe he was about to do something wrong? Such antics always amused him in this place that was governed by such strict rules, so, curiosity truly spiked now, he walked towards the blonde. "Hmm? I didn't see anything. Was there something I missed?", he lifted his hand to shield his eyes, making a show of glancing around the blonde boy, "And I see nothing cool either - other than maybe you. Who are you? I haven't seen you around before".

"SEHUN LEE YOU BETTER FUCKING RUN!" As romantic as the gesture may have been - wakening to a sudden weight and then chocking on the petals to fall into her mouth was not how she'd wanted to begin her day, her eyes narrowing on her boyfriends grinning features as she sat up, pushing the petals off from her face, a low growl settling in the back of her throat. Just where the heck had he even got this many rose petals? This must have cost a fortune...but that wasn't going to save his hind.

"Vanderwoods been teaching a few new moves", she explained as she climbed out from the bed, a grin of her own slowly forming as the petals drifted around her like falling droplets of blood, "Let me show you what I've been learning!"

Oh, she was never sure on how she was supposed to behave during meals like this. Hands clasped on her lap, hidden under the table, the youngest daughter watched as the servants came in with more and more food, as though they were afraid that they wouldn't have enough to feed them - when she was sure this could feed so many more than those who were gathered at the table. Maybe they were trying to prove to the extended family and guests that they knew how to make different things? Why else would they go to such lengths. She wasn't even sure what some of these dishes where - her gaze drifting to Yejun who sat by her side, as though he'd hold the answers to the many questions that were currently racing through her mind. What fork did she used? Could she skip the boring salad? What was a child like her expected to eat? Her fingers curled into the skirt of her dress, Strelitzia trying her best not to notice the few gazes that now drifted her way. Why was there so many rules to simply eating? And why did it seem as though everyone was now watching her - waiting for her to make some mistake? She knew she was the youngest here, she knew she was small, that she acted too childish, that she was no where near the perfect child her parents wanted her to be...but she did try. She was just...wild. That's how the other children described her at times, whatever that meant.

"Yejun", she muttered softly, hoping that her voice was low enough that only he was able to hear her, one of her hands shifting under the table to gently tug his sleeve, "C-can I copy you? I...I don't know what to...to eat or do...", she admitted, a slight dusting of pink filling her cheeks as she glanced at him with wide, hopeful eyes.

To be honest, he was rather glad just to be outside the apartment for the night, even if his life happened to be at risk. That part wasn't anything new, but spending some time with Miran inside her own home was something that didn't happen all too often. He glanced around the living room, noting the comfy sofa. It did look as though it would be a good place to sleep, but he still felt a little bad about taking away her bed. She worked so hard after all. "You're not planning on sleeping at all, are you?". Of course, he was one to talk, but he didn't like the idea that she'd be the only one awake all night. It was him that was under the threat of being kidnapped, and besides, maybe he wanted to spend a little time with her. There was still so much that he had yet to learn about her.

"So...you like to read?", he muttered, walking over to the nearby bookcase and glancing over the titles, "...what's your favourite book? Or genre?"

"How'd you even..." With a small whine of protest at having been forced awake in such an ungraceful manner, Garth sleepily batted the stick away, reaching over with his other hand to grab hold of his glasses, red eyes slowly blinking against the light as he turned to glare up at his boyfriend. How many times had he asked him to call or text rather than to come anywhere near the tower like this? "Tetsuji actually let you in?", he yawned, slowly sitting up and stretching his arms, an amused laugh heard from the kitchen, "...he's such a busybody...as for food though...wanna order in? We can charge my father's card and help drive up the expenses for the month", he grinned.

Oh, he quite aware of the odd ways his boyfriend could be - but running out in front of a car was a bit much even for the blonde, even more so when that car belonged to the Mafia. It was as though Sehun just ignored the very real danger that surrounded Garth's life. Honestly, he was lucky that Tetsuji was used to this type of thing, or this could have ended a lot worse. "Why don't I take you guys around to a pizza place?", Tetsuji cut in, opening the door for them to get in, "That way I'm still doing my job of picking up Garth and you two can get fed in peace"

It spoke of just how exhausted he was that he'd fallen asleep at all, curled up on the hard floor, next to the pathetic bed that his Master now slept on. After years of being stuck down in this hellish place, you'd thing he'd have come to terms with the fact that Sehun basically was living in a stylish prison - but it still could make him rather angry. Maybe his temper was just something to have followed him from the Night Court. Who knew? He had been keeping such a careful leash on such a thing, until Under the Mountain. Until he was often fighting for his Master's sake - or just for entertainment.

When he'd fallen over though, he wouldn't be able to say. The previous night there had been a rather tough challenger that had even left him with a few new cuts, made by daggers made of ash wood, so no doubt they would scar. It was over that half healed mark that ran just below his collar bone, that came close to his throat, that perhaps was only deflected by the cursed collar he wore, that Sehun was now slowly tracing, a delicate touch that Garth did not deserve, a touch he leaned into, his unconscious mind reaching out for that source of comfort that he always refused to accept for himself.

"Hmm?" It took a few moments for him to open his eyes, one of which was still heavily swollen even with how fast Fae's like him healed, his good eye though gazing up at Sehun, following the track of his finger, as though trying to work out what was going on. It wasn't painful, but then again Sehun had never hurt him before, so that shouldn't be that surprising. Blinking back the sleep, he gradually shifted into a kneeling position, hiding a yawn behind one hand, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to fall asleep". Cause he couldn't afford to. He had to protect Sehun no matter the personal cost.
