Enjoy the tropical flavors of this Paleo Pina Colada, which is not only cold and tasty but also good for you. This cool drink is great for any event because it is made with healthy things like frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and coconut cream.

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup coconut cream. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional. 1/2 cup ice cubes. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional. Pineapple wedges and shredded coconut for garnish.

Instructions: In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut cream, honey or maple syrup if using, ice cubes, and vanilla extract if using. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and shredded coconut. Serve immediately and enjoy!
