After an active day both physically and mentally, I must slow down and come to a more calming level of examination. After the intense vibrations of fruit All Day, I make a grounding "power salad" to center myself and rebuild the core, my muscles and skeletal system. I layor my salads with a foundation of greens like kale, swiss chard, spinich, collard green, dandelion greens, parsley and cilantro. Than I add toppings like today is celery, raw pumpkin seeds, black pepper, cumin, paprika, carrot, mixed hot peppers, avacado, shiitake mushrooms, cauliflower, garlic, red onion, sprouts, sprouted lentils and tomatoes. BAMM. My dressing is apple cider viniger, lime and braggs liquid amino. The perfect ending to a self created positive day.
