This Fruit Charcuterie Tray is a delightful and healthy way to enjoy a variety of fresh and dried fruits with a touch of nuts, honey, and chocolate. Perfect for gatherings, parties, or as a wholesome snack for yourself.
Ingredients: 1 pineapple, sliced. 2 cups strawberries, whole or halved. 2 cups grapes, red and green. 2 apples, sliced. 2 pears, sliced. 1 cup blueberries. 1 cup raspberries. 1/2 cup blackberries. 1/2 cup dried apricots. 1/2 cup dried figs. 1/2 cup mixed nuts e.g., almonds, walnuts, cashews. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put the pineapple slices in the middle of your charcuterie tray to make it stand out. Arrange the different fruits strawberries, grapes, apples, pears, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries around the pineapple in a way that looks good. Put the dried figs and apricots on top of the fresh fruits. Put chocolate chips or chunks, honey, and a mix of nuts in small bowls. Put them on the tray in a way that makes sense for dipping and snacking. Add some fresh mint leaves to the fruit tray to make it look and taste even better.
