"Get a room! Preferably on the other side of the planet!"
"What the HFIL is a "Father's Day" and why does it sound pointless?"
"I guess this is Chi-Chi getting back at me for all those times I disappeared-- I'm not a very good husband."
Lunch Time| @ k-arkarot
It's was becoming their usual routine. Chi Chi's new husband would leave early in the morning for training while she slept soundly. The two had only been married for a several months now and she understood better than anyone how important was for her Goku. With the bright and early morning sun finally peaking through their window, the blushing bride got out of bed to begin her day. Normally her routine wasn't as physically exhausting as her husbands, but the countless chores she needed to complete before Goku came home for lunch was just as important.
The woman decided to work something simple on this particular day: her navy kimono with matching pants. She wanted to leave her hair down, knowing how much her husband liked it when she simply allowed it to blow in the wind. After finishing her task, Chi Chi walked out the bedroom she shared with Goku and into the rest of their home. She estimated her husband would be home in a couple hours for lunch. Already having a plan in mind of how she wanted to spend her time, Chi Chi quickly began her work.
Cleaning the kitchen usually didn't take the woman long, but gardening and cooking was always another story. It was time for the radishes she planted several months before to be uprooted. She was more than frustrated with the task, becoming dirty with her hair being a slight nuisance. Despite the daunting chore, she manged to finish with time to spare. Chi Chi quickly took her harvest back into her home, and began making lunch for her husband and herself. Radishes, chicken and noodles would be on the menu on this afternoon. She was sure to make enough knowing how large Goku's need for food was (Chi Chi still couldn't understand how one person could eat so much).
Finally with her todo list finished, Chi changed into another dress (washing the dirt out of her hair and body) and the process of dinner. She wanted to make fried rice and fish. Chi Chi made a note of reminding her husband to catch a fish later on. She sighed contently with a smile on her face. She couldn't wait to see him..her Goku.

"Neku?! Why are you so high up? That should be Chi-Chi up there!"
Y U BANGING MAI SON?
"Because he's hot ~"
Chi Chi dialed the number to the Briefs home, waiting for Bulma to answer. She didn't really want to ask, but what other choice did she have? She could only train her son to a certain point and now he needed help. /Only/ Vegeta could provide that. "Bulma pick up already." she muttered with a slight scowl.
The older woman put down the newspaper she was reading- apparently she was one of the front headlines, and she was overjoyed at the fact that it was a good article, something about their newest product. Bulma set it down and reached for her coffee, pulling it up and bringing it to her lips.
About to take a sip of her drink, the phone rang, startling her and almost spilling the contents in the hot cup. “Trunks, honey, can you get that?!” she yelled, standing up and knowing he wouldn’t; the boy was in the Gravity Room training with his father. She walked over to the nearest phone in the kitchen and picked it up, not bothering to check the collar ID.
“Briefs residence, Bulma speaking ~” she said into the phone, voice light, airy and as happy as she could falsely make it.

"Chi-chi-- is that really you?" Goku couldn't believe his eyes. It had been so long since he had seen her that he was beginning to think that he would never see her again. 'Could this really be her?'
