These sliders combine juicy beef patties with the rich flavors of caramelized onions and portobello mushrooms, topped with a creamy fry sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 2 portobello mushrooms, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 teaspoon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes of cooking after adding the sliced onions until the onions turn caramelized. Put olive oil in a different pan and heat it over medium-high heat. After you add the portobello mushrooms, cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are soft. Put ground beef, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Make little patties out of it. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef patties for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl. Mix them together to make fry sauce. If you want to, toast the slider buns. Put the beef patties on the bottom bun of the sliders. Then add the caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms, and a dollop of fry sauce on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Chicken sauce or fry sauce...? You tell me. Thanks for watching!!
It’s an Instant, No-cooking Mayo-Ketchup sauce or Fry sauce. It’ll be ready in a flash by just stirring in Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup with some spices and herbs. Here, I prepared it with my Homemade Mayonnaise and Homemade ketchup. This Fry sauce is a smooth, creamy cold sauce that can be used as a condiment, dressing, dip, and spread. It’s made of few ingredients but rich in texture and taste. The added advantage of this sauce is that it’s absolutely Zero cooking, yes, it’s a NO COOKING recipe. It’s a super easy recipe and can be prepared maximum in a couple of minutes. It has a cocktail of flavours that just burst in your mouth and enrapture all your senses. Creamy, silky, Mayo-Ketchup or Fry sauce is ready to serve with Potato cheese croquettes, Yam Ridge gourd cutlet, Bird’s nest, Indian Arancini balls, Rice koftas, or simple French fries.
