Hot Beef Sub Sliders- Easy Party Appetizer
These Epic Meatloaf Sliders with Bakers Royale are a mini twist on classic meatloaf, perfect for a party or a delicious family dinner. The juicy meatloaf patties are seasoned to perfection and topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. A delightful combination of flavors in every bite!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced celery. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 egg. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp dried thyme. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp paprika. 12 slider buns. 12 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Mayonnaise. Mustard.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, diced celery, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, and paprika in a large bowl. Mix the ground beef and ground pork together. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Make 12 small meatloaf patties out of the mixture. Each one should be about the size of a slider bun. A good sear will show that the meatloaf patties are done when they've been cooked through for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the slider buns to put them together. Melt some cheese and put a meatloaf patty on each bottom bun. Add tomato slices and lettuce leaves on top. Each slider should have a top bun put on it. You should serve your Epic Meatloaf Sliders with Bakers Royale hot and enjoy them!
