Avid Is So Over Consumer Products
If you were thinking about working as an Avid employee, maybe you should rethink your life choices. Avid recently cut about 1/5 of their employees by selling off many of their consumer product lines.
This was done in an effort to "compound annual growth." Avid is looking to stay in the media enterprise business though, so maybe you still have a shot.
