😀 best memory of your muse.

there are so many!! one that sticks out is probably the first time ryder and aylie saw each other again since he left london. he felt incredibly guilty for leaving and was worried that she hated him for doing that. but it was like things hadn’t changed between them. they did all their favourite big bear things that they’d done when they were little, even the things that they used to do with their mom. it was a good day and maybe there were some tears, but it didn’t hurt so much to talk about their mom anymore.

🙁 worst memory of your muse.

hands down when their mom passed away. it was just a brutal time for the whole family. ryder wanted to be there for aylie, but he also didn’t really know how when he was struggling to deal with what had happened himself. so he packed up that night after the funeral, pretended to move to boston early for college and just left.

🗝 secret they’re keeping from your muse.

believe it or not, ryder does have secrets that he keeps from aylie. not intentionally though. sometimes he just forgets to tell her things and other times, he thinks it’s just not really that important anymore. like when he and ingrid dated for a bit years ago. he thinks because that was so long ago, there isn’t really a point to bring it up now.

coming right from a boozy brunch, a very tipsy aylie and cleo somehow got the bright idea to go to the cookie decorating event. mostly because the cookies sounded too good to pass up. “they’re not gonna make us bake the cookies first, are they?” she asked, pulling a face at the thought of the two of them attempting to bake in their current state. cleo rarely stepped foot into the kitchen to cook, let alone to do any sort of baking. but then again, how hard could it be? “no, you know what? fuck that. if kieran can do it, then so can we,” said full of determination, as she rolled up her sleeves.

taking advantage of the warm weather ( compared to big bear anyways ), ryder had decided to go for a run. it was one of those rare mornings where he didn’t wake up with a hangover from hell, which seemed only curable by drinking more alcohol. getting so wrapped up in his running playlist, he almost didn’t realize where he had ended up until he caught sight of a familiar brunette just up ahead. twin telepathy or whatever had to be a real thing, right? slowing to a walk, he quietly approached aylie before grabbing ahold of her by the arms. “perfect weather for a quick morning dip, right?” he laughed, pretending to pull her into the seine river just below them.
