ah, hello and welcome to our first weekly roundup. i’m your favorite editor, rose here to quench your thirst for all things wild in the lives of los angeles’ favorite celebrities. this week’s forecast looks cloudy with a chance of what the actual fuck is going on with these weirdos. lets get crackin’ shall we?
first up, we have milena walker and sidney spinner we’ve known for awhile now that these two have been together. i’ll be the first to admit my doubts on the validity of their relationship. but, after yesterday ... i think we’re all sure this is the real deal. i send out my personal well wishes to milena and her roommates.
spotted ! submitted by ( anonymous ), ( milena ) and ( sidney ) were seen ( leaving alfred coffee hand in hand when milena got what looked like a distressing phone call. sidney took the phone when his girlfriend seemed frozen in shock, before leading her back to his car quickly. he sped off with milena ducking her head in the front passenger seat. based on last night’s news, we can only assume that was when milena found out about the break in at her and maeve’s home. thank goodness she had her supportive boyfriend by her side! )
next on the agenda , a possible engagement? now, if you know me, you know i am a sucker for a love story. let’s just say this one? threw me for a loop! especially how fast this has all gone down. allie and jack are cute.... but , personally i always shipped her with damian. is it just me?
rumor has it… allie and jack are engaged! they started dating in january so it’s been less than three months and rumor has it that jack proposed after just a few weeks. allie has been seen out and about with a ring on THAT finger several times within the last few days.
weird huh? well, congratulations to the lovebirds, i’ll be waiting for my wedding invite in the mail.
next up, two possible new couples on the rise? it’s march but it seems like love is still very much in the air.
spotted ! submitted by ( a barista at melrose coffee ), ( dove ) and ( brodie ) were seen ( hand holding and laughing. on lookers say the two seemed to be happily snuggled close together – presumably as they awaited their 20 dollar lattes. could this mean… they’re an item? ).
spotted ! submitted by ( anonymous ), ( jules ) and ( valentina ) were seen ( out sharing dinner at the catch LA, laughing and looking cozy mere days after valentina left a flirty comment on his latest insta post ).
dove and brodie definitely flew out of left field for me! but, i think they’re kind of cute together? who knows, maybe opposites really do attract...? doubt it. i give them a month.
and finally, i tracked down jules for a comment on his recent flirtation with valentina. a man of few words, all he had to say was quote, "we just met but i really like hanging out with her. she's a lot of fun." a lot of fun, aye? well, i think we all know what that means.... jules and val are definitely hooking up and ( if you ask me ) things are looking pretty serious. we just might see another engagement soon?

Edgar was nervous, to say the least. This would be the first time he ever let someone paint his nails besides Parkley. It was one thing to be playing with a little girl, and another to somehow let your very good friend, who happens to be a drag queen, convince you you need some 'pizazz' in your life. It wasn't that he didn't trust Sidney. Not at all. He knew the man was amazing at what he does. But this was...out of his norm.
At first the vampire argued that it would be unprofessional for him to wear nail polish at work, but apparently Sid had the foresight to look up the university schedule and pointed out that Edgar had a fall break coming up. He could just take the polish off before class started up again. Well. Edgar couldn't argue against that logic. Though he was able to draw the line at fake nails.
He was uncharacteristically quiet as Sidney painted his nails, unable to bring himself to look at the work. But the medium had no problem in filling the silence. It actually surprised Edgar when his friend announced they were done. With trepidation he looked down at his hands. Oh.
That...that was actually really beautiful. The way the wings were so delicately painted on such a small surface was incredible. "Like a raven," he muses with a smile. Sidney picked something poetic, just for him. Because he knew how unsure and nervous he had been about it all. "Thank you Sidney. I love it, really."

Sidney let out a soft sigh, nodding. “I would really love to be able to fade into the background. Back home... I was targeted. Several times.” She admitted before clearing her throat. “Here though, it seems I can actually manage to get by without notice. I hope it’s as good as you make it sound.” Sid teased.
“hey, this whole thing’s pretty new to me too. would you believe that i usually have bright blue hair? i’ll even wear a pig’s nose if it can get my date to laugh.” he scrunched up his nose in demonstration. “...targeted? in a bully kinda way, or...?”
isabella let a short huff escape her nostrils at his confession ; truth be told, that was her worst nightmare, ever since she was a child, that she’d have no one, that she’d be alone and with how the world had turned to shit, there was an even higher probability than before. “ i believe, ” she started, huffing as she stood up, brushing her hands off on her thighs, “ that if we’re careful enough and if we keep the people we have close to us, we won’t end up alone ... and then if we do, ” a small shrug of her shoulders, “ we’ll just have to get over it, i guess. not much more we can do. ”
