apollo was standing by the bar, watching the chaos of the party. everyone else got to drink and have fun but apollo knew eventually they had work to do. fun could come after as long as aphrodite held up her end of the plan. apollo was enjoying all the costumes. people had really gone all out for the event and it was amazing. as apollo saw zeus by himself for a moment, they took the time to approach. “you look amazing.” they complimented, though it felt weird. compliments were hard. oh well. apollo was always a bit nervous to speak to zeus, scared they were a disappointment.
