help my friend get top surgery!!!

hey guys! i know i haven't been on here in a hot sec, but my friend Eli is trying to get top surgery fairly soon and he has to pay a portion out of pocket, he's a broke art college student that is having a REALLY HELLISH time trying to find a job right now (shortage + he's very visibly transgender and alternative). it would mean so much to him if anyone would be willing to pitch in, even a few dollars!!
