Something to revisit after subsequent episodes... Ruben said birthday cake, which would be to commemorate Ruben, but a wedding cake commemorates love for another. So were he and Niall supposed to be together forever but Niall did something? Or rather Didn't do something? Didn't admit that he loves Ruben maybe? This fucking show....

Thinking about Gene and his vague regeneration abilities

In HOL and HOL2 we see his pants are tied off right above where his knees would be. He lost them as a Bounty Hunter, thus ending his career early on.

But in HOK, and the very end of HOL2, we see these tiny baby growths of feet. Considering the intervals between both times this occurs makes me confirm that Gene has a condition that limits his regeneration. I think it may be a disability amongst his species.

Like Deadpool for example. He regenerates from any inflicted wound, but it looks very baby like during the process.

I don’t think Gene’s body can physically get past the little growth part, and therefore fails and comes off somehow. I’m unsure of how, but it could be like lizards shedding their tails or deers loosing their antlers. Body rejects the new limb because it can’t recognize/provide for it, so it does a makeshift ‘ding dong ditch’ and just. Fucking falls right off.

I reallyyy wanna explore this more, because it’s such a fascinating concept to me when regeneration, a fantastical ability to recover from injury, becomes a hindrance instead. Maybe I should write about it at some point

That rampage keychain i made a week ago is under INTENSIVE surgery right now, cuz well.. im not gonna scoot around what happened but i did infact slam it in my boyfriends car door of which it was then also run over anyways anyways ITS IN GOOD SHAPE SHOCKIJGLY so i just remelted and bent the top layer and then reapplied uv resin so like once its cured itll be all good but jesus christ dude???
