Why oh why can't I wear joggers and a t-shirt to work today? It's thundering and raining and earlier, the thunder was so loud that it actually scared me awake. My heart was pounding in my chest. I've been tossing and turning since 4 and would fall asleep for ten minutes or so, just to wake back up. When I finally fall back into good sleep, my alarm goes off, making my heart start hammering away in my chest again 😑
