I have less weight to lose now to reach my goal than I have already lost. 

This makes me peculiarly happy

I have finished my first liquid day for my pouch reset and already it is easier to know when I am full. I only ate half the soup for my dinner and am now comfortably full. This means I haven’t messed up my tiny tummy yet (still got pretty awesome restriction) and that a liquid week was probably a good idea to help me see this. 

I also went on a 2 hour round trip on the busses of shitness to go to an asda to get protein water and soup, because no one else sells them they’re an own brand, and I am having slight issues with milk and drinking enough water, so protein water seems like a good thing for my brain. 

Now however I am fricking freezing and so I am going to hide in the bath for an hour before bed, reading my uni stuff so I am able to contribute to the seminar tomorrow and not sit there feeling like a plum!
