I originally joined because I loved the concept of the site. I had a personal blog first. Then last year I decided to create a blog dedicated solely to my love of books.

Idk, I think I would go the cheesy route and say that the most happiest moment I could think of would be the first time Adam told me he loved me and that I loved him too. 

Or the birth of my Goddaughter, that was a beautiful moment.

I’m at university studying Environmental Sciences

I get easily addicted to tv series's and will watch whole series in a few days - who doesn't?

I am writing 5 different stories :P 4 are not the genre I read D:

I love the rain: being in it, watching it, hearing it. I just adore it.

I like to game, I have an xbox 360 (halo 4 edition) and a DSi which I play plants vs zombies on a daily basis hehe but books they are my true thing to do - well read.

I've only ever been to a single concert in my entire life (I'm 20!) and it was MUSE in Manchester last summer - it was epic!

I am practically allergic to everything, hay, icing sugar, bleach you name it...

I use to be a cake decorator...3 guesses why I'm not now? :/ 

I like to collect stuff especially books...I'm a hoarder...

1. First ‘real book’ you read.

My earliest book memory was probably something like The Worst Witch series by Jill Murphy when I was in primary school :)

2. How many hours do you read for a day?

2-6 hours depends on what I am doing. 

3. Can you read with music?

Yes, I find it quite relaxing, I sometimes find amazing songs to match the current situation within the book.

4. Favourite place to read?

Alone in my living room, at home, with the telly off 

5. Favourite ‘classic’?

My favourite Classic so far is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. I just love the memorable first line. "It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, is in want of a wife." 

6. What villain do you have the most compassion for?

Probably Cal from Cate Tiernan's Wicca series he really did love Morgan, his mother was just bat-shit-crazy.

7. The book that made you cry the most?

Arrgh I cry at almost every book, like a baby, so this is a tough question. The fault in our stars by John Green was definitely a teary one for me, but also The Chaos Walking Trilogy by Patrick Ness, Oh and most definitely The Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson, the last book just - tears - I could hardly read the pages. But then there's Markus Zusak's The Book Thief because man, that book is amazing! and just so sad :/

I JUST remembered Laini Taylor's The Daughter of Smoke and Bone and the second book in the trilogy Days of Blood and Starlight I cried in many parts of both of those books </3 please read them! (Last books out now eeeeeeeeee)

8. A book you really want to be made into a movie?

I would love to see them produce The Knife of never letting go by Patrick Ness because it would be amazing to see the noise and the spackle. Uggh just as long as they get it right!...also The Daughter of Smoke and Bone as long as the producers who did Narnia do it because we need real suits not CGI.

9. A movie which you think was better than the book?

Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. Now I may be biased in this area as I have watched the films since birth and I only read the book 2 years ago, don't get me wrong the book is brilliant but I just prefer the way they do things in the film.

10. Weirdest place you like to read?

In the bathroom, I like to lock myself in there with my back to the scolding radiator and enjoy a chapter or two of my book with the peace and quiet, that sometimes only the bathroom can supply. 

11. A fictional world where you’d really love to live?

Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments series maybe? because it would be so kick ass to be a shadowhunter. To be trained to fight your entire life and have angel blood running through your veins. The power to protect yourself, be involved in the paranormal to be able to disappear through a glamour would be kinda cool also...just me? :D

Hey I just wanted to let you know I tagged you in a book post :) Tumblr isnt letting me link in the ask but here are the questions: 1. Which book changed your life forever and why? 2. Which book have you read the most? 3. Which book character do you have the biggest crush on? 4. If you could be any character in a book which character would you be and why? Hope you answer them :)

Took me awhile but here we go: 

Book that's changed my life: I don't think any one book has ever changed my life. I lot of books come to mind but none stand out. I will say that it wasn't until 8th grade that I began to view reading/literature as much more than just an entertaining story with a linear plot.  That's when I realized that true literature means something deeper, that you really have to read between the lines and make connections to other things and even your own life to make sense of it and have your mind blown.

Book I've read the most: To Kill a Mockingbird, Pride & Prejudice, The Catcher in the Rye, The Giver... pretty much in equal measure.

Book crush: this is probably cliché but Mr. Darcy.  I guess because we're a lot alike. I get him and see his good and bad traits in myself.  wait... does that mean I'm in love with myself?

If I could be any character: IDK. They all have their pros and cons much like my own life... so maybe I should just stick to being me.  

What do you guys think? Is there a literary character I should be/remind you of? What are you guys' favorite books?
