See this is when the devil is messin with your head so you have a shitty day or say fuck it. Not happening. I know I’m walking two miles a day, drinking the water and hitting my macros. It could be inflammation response from the intensity increasing at the gym or just my body holding more water while it’s still healing post-virus.
I do see a good bit of reduction in my back. Not so much my belly but last on first off for me. I see it most in my legs first tbh. Still averaging 2# a week so can’t be mad at that especially since I’m not crash dieting. 🤘
