With these rich Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: chocolate chip cookies and brownies. It tastes like heaven when you bite into a piece of rich, fudgy brownie and smooth cookie dough.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons water. 1 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup light brown sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup mini chocolate chips for cookie dough layer.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it. Bundt cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water should all be mixed together well in a large bowl. Use a spoon to add 1 cup of small chocolate chips. Spread the brownie batter out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared. Spread softened butter and brown sugar in a different bowl. Beat the two together until they are light and fluffy. Put vanilla extract in the mix. Slowly add the flour and salt to the butter mixture until it is fully mixed. Use a spoon to add 1 cup of small chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough mix on top of the brownie batter in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it out gently. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean or with a few wet crumbs on it. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the baking dish.
