It's always the same damn dream. You didn't really escape Coldridge prison that time, Corvo. You get out, you fall into the river. You are unable to move and the hands just keep clawing you back. They pull you under water, drowning you, suffocating you.

And then you just wake up.

Back in that cell again. Dark, desolate, quiet. As if nothing ever happened.

Dishonored Fugue Feast 2026 Is Here!

Hello Dishonored fans! It's that time of year again for our twice-a-year gift exchange event! If you need to read up on how it all works, you can check out our Neocities website 😎

Here's the schedule for the event:

May 2nd to May 26th (24 days): Sign-ups to participate are open! We accept anyone who signs up!

May 27th to May 31st (5 days): Prompts are allocated and sent out! So be on the lookout for your messages.

June 1st to July 13th (43 days): Creation period where you work on your gift! Check-in forms will open around the beginning of July.

July 14th to July 21st (A week): Gifting period to give/post your gift!

July 22nd onward: Back-end wrap-up and pinch hitters (aka if someone drops out and we need someone else to make a gift).

Happy @dishonoredgiftexchange to @topaztimes! I'm always so drawn to that line about Daud's mother, and it was a joy to finally have a reason to illustrate her. Her clothes are a mix between the style sensibilities of Dishonored and traditional Syrian clothes worn by women in the 1800s. The ship I made up :P

On the seventh day of celebrating the restoration of the young Empress Emily to her throne, Corvo Attano snaps.

It is not a gradual onset but rather the result of months during which Corvo would bottle up his feelings. All the anger and fury, all the sadness, and all the vengeance for the unjust. The feelings of a father wrongly accused and separated from his child.

For those seven blissful days, he succeeds in holding it together. At least until another noble makes a passing comment, degrades his still too young daughter for being a child when that is all Emily should be at the age of thirteen.

She deserves a sense of normalcy in her life after witnessing the death of her mother, after being kidnapped and held prisoner, after nearly being used as a tool for puppet monarchy.

A child!

So it is on the seventh day that Corvo rises from his seat in the middle of Parliament and disappears into the streets of Dunwall.
