I’ve been reading Spiral, the sequel to The Ring (yes, that The Ring)

And man, there’s this one part in it that I just haven’t stopped thinking about for like 5 months.

(spoilers)

At one point the main character goes to investigate a friend of his who has been missing for over a week. And he goes to her apartment, and everything is like she just left 20 minutes ago.

And he constantly feels like there’s someone standing behind him as he walks through the place, but every time he looks, there’s no one there.

It is SO scary, holy fuck.
