my sweet pearl, hi!!!

i keep forgetting to set up my ask box on @whimsi-nymph, but thank you for reminding me. and i’m sorry it took me so long to reply.

now, i kept things simple— wrote down all the things i want to leave behind, all the habits and emotions that hold me back, and burned it to ash on the flame of a white candle. lit up some incense too. once the candle finished, i blew all the ashes around my garden.

apparently you should imagine your throwing (or in my case, blowing) all the things you want to leave behind away. felt very calming.

picturing it in my head and saying affirmations too!
