Hey so today in Japan shiratama's first epsidoe came out 24 years ago so you get to watch it cuz I said so 🥳 (yes, I had to upload it to Dailymotion cuz Tumblr wouldn't let me put the video normally 🤧)

Also here are some facts cuz why not

• in this episode while in the prince form her hair is black, however in later episodes it stays orange

• she had an assistant in the 2004 movie short named Tsukiko but she never showed up again

• her full name is tsuki no shiratama (if you translate this it means moonlight!!)

• she has two 3d models, the first one appearing in the anpanman Wii game in 2010 and the other one appearing in the 2016 film

(She also appeared in a 3DS game but I can't find anything else except for this one image)

• she has had at least one episode with every main character accept rollpanna and kokin-chan

• she has had two episodes with baikinman, shokupanman, and the Donburiman Trio

• while it is quite common for her to play the prince role, she has also played more female roles such as in "shokupanman and princess shiratama" and "yakisobapanman and shiratama-san"

• she appears once every year (she still hasn't appeared yet 🥹✌) but in 2025 she appeared 3 times in the following episodes: "shiratama-san and zamus • bond" "shiratama-san and the wishing star" and last but not least "shiratama-san and princess Yuzu"

• despite being featured with princess doremi in merchandise (such as books, Callander artwork, etc) and live shows they have not had an episode together (unless you count the lives shows as canon)

• she was a teacher in one episode ("Sing! Dance! Shiratama sensi") and in this episode we learn she doesn't like being called teacher

• her voice actors birthday is 2 days after her debut episode

• she has appeared in 4 movies but only has a speaking role in 1 of them

• the real costume of her (idk what to call it 🤯) has been updated three times

• Not really a fact but she was featured in a birthday book (I actually have no clue when the book came out mb gng 😔)

• sometimes in media her hat turns black instead of the dark purple it already is (or a really dark shade of purple idk which highkey ☹️)

• she has only ever been taken by baikinman once (this was in the "shiratama-san and zamus • bond" and she also fell down the stairs in the beginning and tore her hat 🤧)
