Phil is finished!! I put Phil in his tasking outfit and gave him the mallet from the Whack-An-Alex task, and spent a lot of time giving his sash as much detail as I could. There wasn't room to do all of his medals, but I was able to get all the patches in, and I included a "D" for his mate, Dougie. 🦔
