I enjoy analysing media I watch and am more conscious than ever of ‘HollyWood’ tropes and am extremely eager for a new wave of filmmakers to challenge those tropes (ie more diverse casts, more sexual orientation exploration in characters, unhealthy relationships not romanticised etc) 3. I travel frequently and have visited more places that many people my age, mostly thanks to my family - which I am extremely grateful for. 4. Peanut butter and chocolate is probably my favourite flavour combination. 5. I want a pet rat SO BAD. 6. My favourite item of clothing I have is a green jacket with woollen black and white sleeves. Whats the distinguishing factor that makes one a royal/common Alteran?? As in, when the baby alt is in the womb, what decides b/t royal/common?? Is it solely based on the parents?? Also, how did the royals originally come about and separate from com?

so technically it is genes that determine if the Alteran is a Royal, but also their whole life force thing comes into play as well. any time a Royal Alteran conceives a child, their child will be a Royal. whether it be a Royal/common pairing or Royal/Royal(which is rare, their bloodline is very small, there aren’t any outside of the Royal family basically - so they’re all related and it’s a no-no to engage in such relations, just like it is here) it doesn’t matter, but basically Royals have stronger life forces than common Alterans and their offspring will always be Royals. yay magic

The Royals were the Goddess Aillaiyah’s first creations - she gave birth first to Ahaya, who is her daughter biologically, and she created Aluiries, her son, magically. after those two built their kingdom/empire, Aillaiyah created common Alterans. she decided to make royals closer to her image because of their significance both to her and their upcoming significance to the Valica(Alteran) empire. she made Royals special basically bc they’re her babies. not to say that her common Alterans aren’t her children too, but her first two creations she decided needed to be revered by common Alterans, not just her - they needed to represent her more

pixel icon commission for fullmetalshadowwolf! right is at 800% view and the left is the original size I got this out of the way first, since it was easiest on my sore wrist (even though I actually BARELY used my right hand as pixel is kinda point and click with the trackpad haha). This took a little messing around, I mostly toned down my dithering for better clarity and softer gradients. Getting the teeth right was actually challenging?? I re-coloured the mid-tones 3 different times before settling on a bluish-green grey to compliment the rest of the colour palette. What a difference it made- I'm really starting to find how colour-orient pixeling is. I hope you like it Ookami!!
