Bow Fumbles Table (Thieves’ Guild 8 by Kerry Lloyd et al, Gamelords Ltd, 1983)  Written for the Thieves’ Guild system but easily adapted to D&D and other RPGs like all the TG material.  Thieves’ Guild began as a collection of D&D mods, so stats are still generated with 3d6, but Constitution has been renamed Stamina (STM) while Dexterity was split into Reflexes (REF) and Coordination (CDN).  Unlike most early D&D editions, TG made more direct references to the base stats in the rules.
