Loki’s line “I didn’t get a chair” is really interesting to me. I want to know more. Why didn’t he get a chair? I’m aware of the idea that Loki flirted with the Grandmaster and/or slept his way to get into his good books, but what if that’s not the case?

Loki says that he has made friends with the man that rules this place, the Grandmaster. He also says that the Bifrost brought him there weeks ago. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been there prior to that, or known about the Grandmaster. 

In Thor the Dark World we see Lady Sif and Volgstagg with the infinity stone on Knowhere. They are delivering it to the Collector Taneleer Tivan, because “it is not wise to keep two infinity stones so close together.” [the tesseract is in Odin’s vault] 

by this time we already know that ‘Odin’ is actually Loki. So I like to assume that Loki sent Sif and Volgstagg there. Why?

In Endgame when Thor tells the Guardians that Thanos is going to Knowhere to get the reality stone, the Guardians say 

“only an idiot would give that man a stone” 

to which Thor replied

“or a genius.”

Thor idolizes Odin. I think it’s more likely Thor would defend Odin’s actions over Loki’s. 

Besides, I don’t think Thor knows exactly when Loki took over Asgard. Odin!Loki sent the reality stone away in Thor the Dark World which was so early of his time on the throne that Thor could’ve still thought it was the true Odin who gave the orders. It was early enough for Thor to learn about what his friends were going to do. That’s how Thor learned about Knowhere. As far as we’re aware, that is all he knows about it and nothing more. 

So if Odin!Loki sent these two to the Collector - how did Loki know about the Collector? Perhaps he met him during his time with Thanos, in his exile. When he had seen the true power of the tesseract, when he saw worlds Thor never knew about

I think it would be pretty safe to assume that this is when he learned about the Collector and Knowhere (unless Asgardians already knew about it which would mean I’m just rambling again). 

We know for a fact that Thanos knows about Knowhere and the Collector because Thanos visited that place in order to obtain the reality stone. 

The Collector Taneleer Tivan and the Grandmaster En Dwi Gwast are connected. They are both elders of the universe. [Different media appearances depict them as brothers, but it could also be because the elders share a close bond so they consider each other brothers and sisters.]

So if Loki met/learned about the Collector during his exile could he also have met the Grandmaster? Is it possible that Loki didn’t get a chair because they knew each other from before? Or perhaps Loki had learned about Sakaar and the Grandmaster enough that he knew how to stay ahead of the game. 

Loki clearly had something going on. He didn’t tell the Grandmaster about Asgard and he tried to explain that he had never seen Thor ever before. Perhaps Loki had a plan, maybe he wasn’t known as an Asgardian on Sakaar but rather an associate of Thanos (or his children) which gave him leverage. Maybe he had a completely different background story for himself and he was just several steps ahead of everyone else because he knew so much - that is until Thor arrived on Sakaar and his plans changed. 

So if all of this would be true, I’d like to think that Odin!Loki had a plan that went beyond building statues and watching plays of himself. 

Maybe just maybe Loki had a plan and perhaps that plan of his is why he didn’t get a chair on Sakaar and why he made friends with the Grandmaster. 

Maybe. Perhaps we’ll never know.

1. who is the character did you initially like in the pilot? has that changed since?

wow idk if i can remember watching this show was literally such a blur... I think I was drawn to amy because hello shes beautiful and smart and funny... Nowadays my favorite character is Charles i literally ADORE HIM but i mean i like every single character and peraltiago are my actual children so

22. an episode that you hate or even would rather pretend didn’t happen?

oh god so there have been several episodes that have clearly caused drama and the problem is that almost every one has rewarding jokes and moments that make me not hate them... I guess in terms of freshness right now I am still upset about the fake therapist thing from Valloweaster... i could have lived with amy and rosa listening but the fake therapist rly got me - jake doesn’t need trust issues with regards to therapy... and then all the fat jokes and jake blowing off his job for sex in M.E. time obviously is not great but they were still figuring out the show then so I give them a pass.  I think if i had to pick one it would be Gintars because the episode overall was one of the least funny and the deportation storyline was just so terrible especially considering Jake is married to a Cuban woman so... yes long story short final answer is Gintars

29. what is your favourite jake-centric episode that displays your favourite characteristics about him?

Okay so im going to go with a later episode for this answer because what I love about jake is literally just how much he has grown as a person when comparing him to earlier episodes.  Just for the sake of me not scrolling through hulu and trying to come up with my favorite one I will answer Ding Dong from this season.. all I kept thinking was how mature Jake was in handling Charles and Terry and how much it proved to me how ready he was to be a dad... also in Suicide Squad the vibe shift where Jake was still his fun and joking self that we all love but still made sure the job got done in a mature manner (and it was SO funny in comparison to Holt’s immaturity in that episode!!!!)
