Ragnarok by FunCcino! This is one of my favorite Chinese brands. They do a fantastic size range and their fantasy looks are wearable without feeling costumey.

The whole dress is polyester. It's fairly heavy but the red fabric has a nice drape. I wear this dress a lot when DMing and it's comfortable for that.

I ordered this new from the brand. Clobba is my favorite reseller to work with - they always get my order out promptly and don't seem to get annoyed when I ask for updates. It’s got a 17.8” petticoat here, which is too short.

I have the cape that goes with this dress but I rarely get to wear it because of the climate where I leave. Still, it feels luxurious.

My favorite feature is the shirring hidden on the sides! It really feels like part of the design and not just an add-on.
