ardo ahdo mukha vrksasana - half hand stond on wall...Hangin out with my yoga buddy between class...i was so intimidated when I saw her and another friend doing this with a split leg even but they will both make excellent yogis on a journey to Samadahi. They coached me through with so much belief and enthusiasm I couldn't fail. This system really isn't built for regular people who need momentary assistance. I spend hours down there to be told what I already know "there isn't a bed for singlechildless me" and i have to do it everyday if i want a bed for THAT evening. So even if i did get a bed for the night it wouldn't matter because this process had to happen every night i want a bed. At what point am i supposed to work....i was there from 9- 2 two days in a row once for housing which did yield a referral and next day for food stamps. but you know how much money I can make driving Lyft during that time easily $150 was lost each day...
